This happened years ago in Oregon... I believe it was in the early 90's. I have heard the story told by my uncle for years, but I had never seen video of it.. had to bomb it just to remind us of what to do... think first.
This happened over 35 years ago - November 12, 1970 - so you can understand why the video is less than perfect. I remember hearing about this last year on the 35th anniversary.
