Much to the dismay of Spring Break vacationers, Hawaii has been plagued by uncharacteristically bad weather for the last two weeks. Thunderstorms, heavy rains, floods, landslides, even tornados and hail. The tourist mecca of Waikiki has not escaped the gray skies, where you're now as likely to see umbrellas and ponchos as bikinis and surfboards.
