This video reports many inaccuracies and omits many key facts, for starters.

there is valuable food for thought in this video, but why does it have to be masked with so much eye candy? now is a time for clarity. be clear.

This video is a simplified (dumbed-down) version of a film made by Guy Debord. This video makes it sound like all current problems are the result of an elitist conspiracy, whereas Debord's film presents much more complex ideas. It was based on Debord's book "The Society of Spectacle." Debord was part of a movement/artistic group/philosophical idea called Situationism and you'll find all the rhetoric (people are sheep, reality as you know it is an illusion, etc.) in the writings of the Situationists. Seriously, it's worth checking out. If you care about the idea of truth, you shouldn't act as if you're the first person who ever thought about it.
