A short short in the land of the leprechaun. What's going on here then? Ah, ha! Where did they put me lucky charms!!!??
This is a Hi-Res version, best viewed in Democracy Player. Prey Alone - not regarded as your typical Irish short film! In fact it doesn't even have a priest as one of the main or supporting characters. No panoramic vistas, no poverty, misery or guilt and it's not even set in the 1950's. Prey Alone is a high octane, ball busting, roaring screeming chase movie set somewhere in the near future in a generic city in the USA.

Burno and Paulie try to take over the music industry with their new blinginďż˝ rap.
A new Irish Graffiti film has been released entitled 'The Bridge Fire'. It’s produced by Cork man Ned. Taking 18 months to produce, the 53 minute film was shot in Drogheda, Co. Louth, between July 31st and August 2nd 2004. “The film does not employ any formal narration in order to explain itself, but instead allows the combination of music and images to tell the story.” Watch the video trailer here http://www.lioniproductions.com/video/trailer.wmv “Sorry, we’ve never heard of it” The Irish Times!! For further information http://www.lioniproductions.com I believe this to be the first Irish graffiti video project of its kind (I am open to correction on this) and hopefully the start of many more! Although one has to purchase it on DVD (low cost) to view it, it has all the hallmarks of a D.I.Y. project and therefore should be supported. ____________________________________________________________ Another Related Link http://www.bridgejam.tk Drogheda - The Bridge Graffiti Jam - Images “The Bridge jam is about young people from all walks of life, cultures, creeds and colour coming together with their common bond of graffiti and hip hop culture and using their energy in a positive way producing breathtaking murals,

RTÉ Arts Lives Presents:Jinx Lennon: 'Noisemaker'Noisemaker is a road trip through the life and imaginative world of Jinx Lennon, one of Ireland's most singular and original musical talents. Combining the attitude of punk, the lyricism of folk and the hard-hitting rhythms of hip-hop, Lennon's work towers over that of most of his contemporaries for its lyrical and melodic dexterity, its social engagement and emotional depth. Yet he continues to hold down a full-time job as a hospital porter in his home town Dundalk and to tour the country quietly with his partner Paula Flynn, who possesses an extraordinary voice to match Lennon's extraordinary vision. Described by musician Jack Lukeman as 'one of the great Irish artists' and by writer Pat McCabe as 'timeless in the way Dylan is timeless', Lennon is totally uncompromising in his musical approach and in his tackling of the psyche of modern Ireland. Noisemaker matches Lennon's kaleidoscopic vision with a film that combines the many colours of the fractured Irish psyche. Drug dealers, property developers, paramilitaries, novenas, street preachers, endless roads, nightcrawlers and taxi drivers are just some of the characters that feature as well as Steve Staunton, astronomy, archaeology, hospitals and handcarts. Its channel-hopping and highly colourful approach flips between fly-on-the-wall studio sequences, music videos, interviews with fans including Pat McCabe, Jack Lukeman, Ray Darcy and David MacWilliams and specially set dance and fantasy sequences choreographed by leading choreograper James Hosty. It charts the recording of Lennon's third album 'Know your station Gouger Nation, Lennon's troubled life story and occasionally flips the channel for a few disturbing glimpses into Lennon's unique imaginative world.Video Information:Running Time: 40 minsVideo Format: MPEG4 Xvid AVIDimensions: 720x544Aspect Ration: 4/3Size: 699MBDate: Tuesday 29th May 2007Information Links:Show Page: http://www.rte.ie/tv/artslives/prog13.htmlOfficial Jinx Lennon Website: http://www.jinxlennon.comJinx Lennon MySpace Page: http://www.myspace.com/jinxlennonSpirit Store Jinx Lennon Bio: http://www.spiritstore.ie/bios/jinx_lennon_biog.htmlSearch Tags: rte, jinx lennon, noisemaker, music, musician, ireland, irish, short film, shorts, publicmediaMore torrents like this on my profile page: http://thepiratebay.org/user/publicmediaPLEASE KEEP SEEDING
